My Keyword: Branding

At the end of the fall semester, I have been thinking further about my avatar. I realize that people often choose your brand not because you are better, but because you are different from others. Branding is the secret to being different, and a way to give things meaning. The process of branding is full of creative bursts, which appeals to me, so I made my keyword “branding”.

My avatar is a bridge called “branding” connecting two “meadows”. The grass on the left has two-dimensional flowers with no obvious differences. Through branding, we see the meadow on the right where the flowers are richer and more three-dimensional.

Each flower is a metaphor for a brand, and the flower go from plain to compelling because of an action called branding, thus achieving a sensory impact that ultimately makes people psychologically more like and more willing to choose the brand. All in all, my avatar demonstrates the essence of branding, which is to make a brand vivid and go into people’s heart.
